Taking the first step toward healing doesn’t have to be overwhelming. At Thryva, we make it simple, supportive, and personal, so you can get the care you deserve, on your terms.
What is Thryva Wellness and who do you serve?
Thryva Wellness is a concierge women’s health practice led by a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in hormone optimization, menopause care, and midlife wellness. We serve women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal imbalances—empowering you to thrive through every stage of life.
Our approach is individualized, holistic, and rooted in education. You’re not just a patient—you’re a partner in your care. We combine clinical expertise, lifestyle guidance, and mindset support to help you feel seen, heard, and whole.
Can hormone therapy help women in perimenopause?
Hormone therapy is individualized and can be helpful tailored with your history, the right dose, structure, and amount. Hormone optimization is the process of balancing key hormones like estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone to improve symptoms such as fatigue, hot flashes, mood swings, weight gain, and low libido. Balanced hormones support your energy, mood, sexual health, sleep, and mental clarity.
What symptoms can hormone therapy help with?
Hormone therapy can help with a range of menopause and perimenopause symptoms, including:
• Hot flashes & night sweats
• Mood swings & anxiety
• Fatigue & brain fog
• Low libido & vaginal dryness
• Weight gain & poor sleep
Remember, there are non-hormonal options available too!
Insurance and Provider Questions
We know navigating care and coverage can be confusing, so we keep it transparent. Here you’ll find answers about how Thryva works with insurance, how our providers support you, and what to expect every step of the way.
Do you accept insurance?
Thryva Wellness does not accept insurance for visits, allowing us to provide longer, more personalized care. No referral is needed. HSA and FSA payments are accepted.
Can I still work with you if I have a primary care provider or OB/GYN?
Absolutely. We work in collaboration with your existing healthcare team, serving as a specialized support system for hormonal health and menopause care.
How do virtual visits work?
We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual appointments for clients in Texas, New Mexico, New York, and Washington. More states are being added. Virtual visits can include lab orders, symptom assessments, and tailored treatment plans—all from the comfort of your home.
You can book your initial experience directly on our website. If your state isn’t currently supported, join our waitlist to be notified when we’re available in your area.
