What to Expect: This comprehensive initial consultation is designed to understand your health history, symptoms, and wellness goals — with a special focus on hormone balance, perimenopausal concerns, and whole-person care. Your visit will include: A detailed review of your medical and lifestyle history Symptom evaluation and hormone-related assessment Personalized treatment recommendations (natural, integrative, or conventional options) Discussion of lab testing needs, prescriptions, or supplement strategies Ample time for your questions and concerns This is a concierge-style self-pay visit. Insurance is not accepted for the consultation; however, labs, prescriptions, and referrals may be eligible through your insurance provider. Please complete your intake forms and health questionnaire at least 24 hours before your visit. Appointments are available in-person or via secure telehealth.

No walk-in services are available. Rescheduling & Cancellations We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment reschedule or cancellation. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of your deposit. To reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your service fee at the time of your visit. If you fail to show up or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will not be refunded or applied. Payments Insurance is not accepted for any office or telehealth visits. Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards and approved digital payment methods.
